Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois. The candidate will be working in a dynamic environment where they will be in charge of managing diverse projects. The candidate will have a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of the company's projects, from planning to execution and monitoring.Responsibilities: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and goals, and develop robust project plans accordingly. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives, fostering a collaborative environment and facilitating efficient communication among team members. Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy for change management, providing regular updates to manage stakeholder expectations and foster trust and collaboration. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans, conducting thorough risk assessments and addressing challenges proactively to prevent project delays. Collaborate closely with different teams to oversee the mapping and profiling of data sources, understanding data structures, relationships, and quality considerations to ensure successful technology implementation globally. Monitor project progress against the plan and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, addressing any deviations promptly to prevent potential issues from impacting the project. Coordinate testing efforts and ensure comprehensive validation of data after migration, conducting rigorous testing to validate data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.Requirements

An excellent communicator who works well as part of a team and is skilled at building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Proficient in risk assessment, mitigation, and problem-solving.

Experienced in executing and monitoring complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

A proven Project Manager and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Change Management, or a related field.

A fluent user of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams. Experience with customer experience management (CEM) software, such as Medallia or Qualtrics would be an advantage.

Experienced in working with teams across multiple geographies and time zones, and willing to work flexible hours as required to work as part of a global team.
