TITLE: Project Manager/ Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Organizational Change Management. Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative

Project Management. Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful.

Business Analysis: You are a strategic/analytical thinker who can link assignments to the bigger picture and as your team continues to refine and grow. You understand the multitude of business ranges must be considered in the implementation of projects such as the products, people, and processes. Additionally, you are aware of the associated risks that must be interpreted, evaluated, and mitigated. You drive overall results by ensuring that both you and your team can meet challenges head on.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience. PMP preferred, but not required.
