Sales Broker for Top Producing Real Estate TeamDirectly reporting to: Millie RosenbloomThe job consists of both in the office and out of office work assisting with the buying and selling of property. This includes the full spectrum of sales: scheduling, answering phones and emails, showings, delivering feedback, coordinating open houses, and working with the MLS, etc. In addition, the candidate will perform day-to-day administrative duties that are necessary in running an office and occasionally personal assistant duties for Millie Rosenbloom.The Sales Broker will primarily work 9am-6pm Monday-Thursday & Saturday. Occasionally there will be business needs that need attending to on weeknights, Fridays and Sundays.Examples of common tasks:
Pricing properties and completing CMA’s
Creating marketing proposals for clients
Following up on leads for buyers and sellers including Zillow and other sources
Providing lead reporting monthly
Setting up MLS monitoring searches for listings and clients
Finding properties for clients and scheduling showings
Conducting showings and broker tours on listings
Answering team emails
Coordinating open houses
Providing team support and various administrative assistance as needed including key duplication, etc.
Providing feedback after showings
Creating marketing materials for listings
Taking out buyers
RequirementsThe ideal candidate must possess an Illinois real estate license and have real estate sales experience. Previous assistant experience in any field is a plus as well. Must be energetic, able to collaborate with other team members and have a positive team-centric attitude.
