You will be solely responsible for consulting with RPO recruiters and R1 hiring managers to understand gaps in the recruiting process and then you will create a market specific action plan with measurable results. This is a fast-paced environment that will rely on your proven ability to communicate effectively and improve inefficient processes.To thrive in this position, you will need to be a self-starter and a collaborator as you work with multiple teams. You’ll use your prior experience in project management to effectively implement recruiting best practices. You will consult with SWAT leadership to develop new approaches to address sourcing challenges, process inefficiencies, and performance improvement. You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with RPO recruiters and R1 hiring managers to improve recruitment results. If you have experience in full life cycle recruiting and have a passion for process improvement and mentoring others, this could be the position for you.Here’s what you can expect in your day to day:

Develop market specific action plans to address recruiting challenges and process gaps.

Conduct weekly touch points with RPO recruiters and coordinators to monitor progress of the action plan.

Participate in the RPO recruiter led weekly calls with hiring leaders.

Deliver coaching and feedback in a consultative manner to R1 hiring leaders, RPO recruiters, and coordinators.

Provide enhanced sourcing and phone screening support as needed.

Create exit summaries that include recommendations to maintain steady state, an overview of progress during SWAT alignment, and what process improvements were implemented.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $53,812.50 - $93,375.00 per year .
