Role Type: W2 Contract to HireWork Status: US Citizen, Green Card holder Term:   6-months, conversion Start:  Immediate Location: Remote Travel: As a technical consulting firm, we occasionally provide onsite support to our customers  What You’ll Do We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Management/Intune Engineer to design, deploy, and manage devices through Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune, ensuring efficient onboarding, configuration, and management. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, implementing Nerdio for AVD management, and providing technical support for device management, remote desktop, and virtualization issues. Design, deploy, and manage devices through Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune to ensure efficient onboarding, configuration, and management. Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including provisioning, scaling, and troubleshooting. Implement Nerdio for AVD management to streamline deployment, reduce costs, and ensure high availability. Monitor and maintain performance, availability, and stability of end-user computing systems and services. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for device management, remote desktop, and virtualization issues. Develop and document processes, procedures, and policies related to end-user computing services, device management, and virtual desktops.
