The role of a Product Manager, Registration and Login is essential to defining the strategy for our ‘digital front door’ – the experiences that drive the acquisition and retention of our digital customers. You'll oversee front-end experiences that keep the customer at the center of the experience across digital channels and partner closely with technology to implement reliability, security, and privacy standards to house the account data on the backend. This role will collaborate closely will in-house experience designers and other product teams like Profile and Consent to shape the future of the McDonald’s registration experience, scaling the experiences we build across the globe. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Developing a comprehensive vision and strategy for registration and login experiences, continuously monitoring product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform development strategies. User story and acceptance criteria definition: Facilitate and attend daily squad ceremonies including standup, refinement, retro, sprint planning, etc. and populate the team backlogs with detailed epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.  Stakeholder Alignment: Ability to bring a variety of stakeholders along the product journey; receiving input from all groups and driving the product towards a results-oriented solution while tackling business, technical, and customer feasibility, viability, and value risks.Market Research and Analysis: Staying current with customer needs, market trends, and industry changes, using customer feedback and analytics to guide product decisions, and conducting stakeholder surveys to identify business opportunities. Roadmapping and Agile Delivery: Creating flexible product roadmaps in collaboration with design and engineering teams, adaptable to changing customer needs and technical developments throughout the product lifecycle. Feature Definition and Prioritization: Analyzing customer feedback, competitor offerings, and enterprise initiatives/priorities to prioritize product features and collaborating with the team to define user stories and requirements for an optimal product experience. Data Collection and Analytics: Monitoring post-launch product performance, tracking usage metrics, and utilizing analytical tools to make informed decisions. User Experience Design: Ensuring the product provides an intuitive user experience, with usability and design considerations such as layout and typography. Post-Launch Optimization: Updating the product post-launch with new features or fixes to maintain competitiveness and collaborating with sales and marketing for promotional strategies Benefits eligible: Yes

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 – $190,310 per year
