Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Works with local/national plan presidents and market regional sales/account management leaders to launch, expand and enhance the IngenioRx pharmacy growth and retention model.

Works with market sales/account management leaders to develop and implement robust field sales training and coaching programs to develop sales skills in their regions.

Works with group presidents and national accounts to develop and implement programs to capture sales from customers procuring pharmacy coverage. Provides field sales strategy support to broker and consultant channels.

Serves as a liaison to the corporate marketing group, providing direction based on our sales goals and strategies, and ensuring that the marketing programs are executed as planned.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requires a BA/BS; 10 years of professional / leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Demonstrated track record in PBM sales/account management with exceptional coaching and leadership skills required.
