You possess supply chain expertise spanning across one or more of the following areas: Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Sales & Operations Planning, Operational Effectiveness, Supply Chain Network Design or Sustainable OperationsExpertise in one or more operational areas that support key supply chain functions: CO2/Energy Management, water management, waste management, sustainable packaging, and material, ESG realization & value chain compliance review or ESG sourcing & supplier monitoringExperience designing and implementing sustainability focused solutions with an ability to analyze and present current state challenges, and future state benefits resulting from implemented solutions preferably within the field of supply chain Knowledge of ESG methodologies, market trends, including related regulations, materiality factors, disclosures & reportingKnowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)A strong ability to supervise and mentor small and large teams which helps you excel at leading and advising those who look up to youAn ability to apply advanced project management expertise, technical knowledge, critical thinking skills and innovative solutions to client engagements across various industriesAn ability to effectively lead delivery on multiple engagements Protiviti is not registered to hire or employ personnel in the following states – West Virginia, Alaska. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $120,000.00 - $192,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 12%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $134,400.00 - $215,040.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
