Together with the business, US Compliance helps manage and mitigate regulatory compliance risk while building a strong, innovative and relationship-oriented bank, to protect CIBC's reputation and brand, and to help CIBC succeed in its vision. US Compliance strives to do so in a manner that is consistent with CIBC's values of trust, teamwork and accountability.What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting records management activities;

Performing quality assurance review of procedures;

Inputting regulatory obligations and controls into management information systems;

Developing dashboard reports, job aids and other training materials;

Supporting artificial intelligence proof of concept initiatives; and

Supporting other initiatives and projects as required.

Who You Are

3.0 GPA minimum

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package.  This role has an expected hourly rate of $25.00 per hour for the State of Illinois market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
