About Catalogue House Provisions
Located in the lobby of the 600 W Chicago building, we are a multi-concept bar and restaurant aiming to provide exceptional food and beverage experiences for our tenants and guests alike.
Bartender’s Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate prep, production, and service of the restaurant’s beverage program while providing exceptional hospitality and guest service.
Conduct all bar prep using standardized recipes provided by leadership.
Stock bar with all items based on pars.
Produce classic and specialty cocktails within a specified time according to recipes.
Maintain proper pour volumes at all times by using standard measuring cups and jiggers.
Follow steps of service according to company standards to provide excellent hospitality and guest service.
Ensure proper sanitation standards and maintain a tidy and organized work station.
Accurately ring in all food and beverage items provided to both guests and associates.
Accurately and properly handle guest payments.
Consistently check identification of guests in accordance to applicable laws and company standards.
Contribute as a team member by reporting to work as scheduled, learning and refining processes and procedures, and supporting others as they learn.
Accurately complete all opening, mid, and closing duties every shift.
Participate in teamwork and foster a harmonious working environment.

Role Requirements
Energy and enthusiasm, with a particular focus on guest service and hospitality.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and general bar operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must have or obtain required certifications before the first day of employment.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
Ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout your shift.
Must be 21+
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
