Experienced Barista - High Volume Environment
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced barista to join our team, specifically for weekend shifts during our busiest hours. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and can maintain quality standards while handling heavy customer traffic.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of barista experience in high-volume coffee shops
- Proven ability to work efficiently during peak hours and weekend rushes
- Expert knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and specialty coffee drinks
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills even during busy periods
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday required)
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages quickly and consistently
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak weekend traffic
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
