We are looking for someone who has shared values to lead a FOH team at our Wrigleyville location, while inspiring them to work cohesively and master their roles. It’s not just customer service and thinking on your feet–you’ll implement the procedures that your team follows, cheer them on and lead the way for collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities:
-Quickly and proficiently addressing customer concerns
-Assigning or completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
-Holding Team Members accountable to their responsibilities. Providing constructive feedback.
-Managing the retail area
-Demonstrating critical thinking when unexpected situations arise
-Having a professional and positive attitude, friendly demeanor
Must be open to working weekends and late nights
-Work with the leadership team to ensure smooth operation of the slice shop.
