Geja’s Café, Chicago’s Premiere Fine-Dining Fondue Restaurant for 54+ years, is seeking new staff for our upcoming busy season at all positions in the Front of House, ranging from part-time to full-time.

Host

Server Assistant (Busser)

Bartender

Server

We are looking for fun, professional, and energetic individuals to grow with, learn from, and join our family of the same.

• 3+ years of experience is desired, but we can also handle any training necessary.

• Considerable wine knowledge is preferred for the Bartender & Server positions, though we do regular training every week.

• We have a very unique experience, with many guests on special occasions such as anniversaries (many of whom proposed here), birthdays, reunions, etc. Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and performing to the high standard of providing stellar service at a relaxed-pace is very important.

• Se desean más de 3 años de experiencia, pero también podemos manejar cualquier entrenamiento necesario.

• Se prefiere un considerable conocimiento del vino para las posiciones de Bartender y Mesero, aunque hacemos entrenamiento regular cada semana.

• Tenemos una experiencia única, con muchos invitados en ocasiones especiales como aniversarios (muchos de los cuales se proponen aquí), cumpleaños, reuniones, etc. La pasión genuina por la industria de restaurantes y el servicio estelar a un ritmo relajado es muy importante.
