Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a strong addition to the City Tap Team.
Great neighborhood Bar & Grill with an exciting menu looking for a strong
Kitchen Manager/SousChef who loves to cook and create!
Candidate must have:
- At least two years of kitchen management experience
- Working knowledge of food cost control, inventory and labor control
- Lead and manage the culinary team
- Develop and plan menus and daily specials
- Create preplists for prepcooks
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Great leadership skills, great communication skills, Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Good computer skills required
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
- Established maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment and BOH areas
- Scheduling
This is a high volume Neighborhood Bar and Grill, must love what you do and have a passion for putting out a great product
Salaried position based on experience
$55,000 - $65,000 plus quarterly bonus
Must have personal transportation
