As a Barista/Team Member, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality smoothies and acai bowls, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. time, the store will be closed for in-person dining, and the barista/team member would be full-filling online delivery orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve smoothies, juices, and acai bowls according to our recipes and standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, even during high-demand periods.
Operate and clean equipment, following health and safety standards.
Complete end-of-day tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and restocking for the next day.
Work independently during late-night hours while ensuring consistent quality and service.
Requirements:
Daytime availability for training: Must be available during the day for the initial training period to gain hands-on experience and become confident in all aspects of the role.
Independent and self-motivated: Ability to work effectively alone during late-night hours, managing the store and ensuring all duties are completed.
Fast-paced environment: Must be able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Prior food service or barista experience is a plus but not required.
