Responsibilities
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Helping keep the kitchen and related areas clean and organized
Assisting with prep work
Support the dishwasher
We are a 95% scratch kitchen. Prep is very important.
Requirements
Can and will follow recipes and instructions
Be able to lift at least 25 pounds, ideally 50 pounds
Servsafe Certified
Shift Examples
Wednesday-Saturday 9am-3pm 3pm-9pm(ish)
Sunday 9am-1:30pm 1:30pm-7pm(ish)
