We are looking for one outstanding server with a stable, progressive job history in chef-driven restaurants. Weekend availability essential including Sundays. Knowledge of craft spirits and wines, seasonal foods, and a passion for outstanding hospitality. Big Jones is a pooled house and expectations for server earnings are $40+ per hour.
We also need one professional food runner and busser. This is an ideal position for someone who would like to groom for serving in another year or so. This position maintains physical plant such as immaculate dining room and restrooms, detailed service stations, as well as assisting servers and bartenders in providing refined service in an atmosphere of jovial hospitality. Earnings expectations $21-24 per hour.
