Job Description
Itara42 Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to clients in the Cook, Will and Dekalb County area. Our caregivers play a vital role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
In addition to competitive hourly pay, caregivers have the opportunity to earn referral bonuses for introducing new clients to our agency.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Companionship and supervision
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Errands and grocery shopping
Medication reminders (non-medical)
Maintain accurate daily care notes
Provide respectful, dignified, and dependable care
Pay & Incentives
Starting pay: $16.50 per hour (with opportunities for increases based on experience and performance)
Referral bonus: Earn up to $500 for each new client referral that results in approved and ongoing services
Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time opportunities available)
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required (training available)
