JOB SUMMARY
Illinois Sportservice located at Guaranteed Rate Field, 333 W. 35th Street, has a great 6 month temporary assignment available as a Human Resources Assistant. Daytime, Evening and weekendÂhours required and pay is $12/hour. ÂAll applicants must pass a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assemble new hire packets and set-up training room
*Attend training sessions, distribute handouts, collect paperwork, and review paperwork for accuracy
*Help with logging paperwork into ExcelÂ
*Assist with filing documents in employee files
*Help with scheduling interviewsÂ
*Assist with data entry of information into PeopleManager and background-check information
*Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Availability toÂwork evening and weekends
*Strong attention to detail
*Outstanding interpersonal skills and positive, upbeat attitudeÂ
*Proficiency in Excel required; proficiency in Peoplesoft aÂplus
*Knowledgeable about how I9's and 8850 Forms should beÂcompleted a plus
*Experience posting jobs on the internet is also a plus
