As an Area Sales Manager, you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to Onboarding, training, and scheduling. This is a full-time position requiring 45+ hours per week and reports to the Regional Vice President in your market.
Would be traveling throughout the South Chicago / NW Indiana market
Position requirements:
4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent. Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background screen and MVR.
Work references.
Some assembly services will be required.
Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.
Previous management experience is a plus.
Required availability includes: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic requirements:
Smart device, capable of downloading apps and connecting to Wifi.
Compensation:
Annualized base salary, paid biweekly.
Commission up to 6% on crew assemblies , paid monthly.
