We are a property management/maintenance company for apartments that needs a TEAMMATE to help with rehabbing units and odd maintenance jobs.
Helping and working with Senior Techs with rehabbing units (demo units, paint, flooring, cleaning etc), clean hallways, go to Home Depot for supplies and other tasks needed for Maintenance/Property Managers.
We are looking for someone that likes to work with their hands and is excited about learning and developing a carrier in construction/maintenance.
Estimate 30-40 hours a week depending on daily schedule
A lot of room for increased training, responsibility, compensation and growth within the company for the right person.
Must be a good team worker and take direction well - you will be working with/under a senior tech
Must enjoy working with your hands
Must be excited to learn and help
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have reliable vehicle
Owning personal tools is a plus, but not required.
