We are currently seeking a Home Services Field Marketer who is responsible for collecting and evaluating potential sales opportunities in public environments. This includes participating in all events, trade shows, and off-site activities to drive visibility to potential customers. As a Field Marketer, you will be representing Deljo Heating and Cooling products and services and serve as the initial point of contact for our future clients.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, ability to work weekends as needed
Pay Scale: $20.00/hour + commission ($25.00 per appointment booked)
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours
Strong customer service skills
Tech-savvy
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a sales level
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
Physical Demands:
Walking and standing for the majority of the shift
Lightlifting to transfer marketing materials to and from events
Working Environment:
Work both indoors and outdoors
In-field/public settings
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential clients and generate leads for HVAC services
Engage with homeowners to inform them about HVAC products and services, answer any questions, and address concerns
Schedule appointments for HVAC sales representatives to conduct in-depth consultations and assessments
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring a seamless transition of leads to the sales team
Participate in community events, local fests, etc
