Our law firm client is hiring for a Marketing Communications and Design specialist to join their team for a 3-6 month long engagement!Marketing Communications and Design SpecialistEngagement Type: Temporary (3-6 months)Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Submission of writing samples is required, demonstrating the ability to create marketing materials in a legal context.Key Responsibilities:Communications Support:Develop and revise marketing materials, including attorney bios, practice descriptions, pitch decks, brochures, advertisements, and press releases, in line with the Chapman brand and standards.Oversee projects for creating and updating content with minimal supervision, adhering to tight deadlines.Ensure all content is accurate, clear, and consistent.Proposal Support:Manage the creation and submission of request for proposals (RFPs) with minimal oversight and strict timelines.Work with internal teams to gather information and draft proposal content, ensuring it meets all requirements and guidelines.Make certain that proposal content effectively showcases the firm's capabilities and services.Design Support:Adapt and format content for various materials, including client alerts, presentations, brochures, and social media, following established firm templates.Create and update engaging social media content.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.3-5 years of relevant experience (2 years may be acceptable if in a legal or financial setting).Proven ability to write for complex financial and legal audiences.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to generate innovative content that aligns with the company brand.Experience in proposal writing and familiarity with proposal best practices and tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Dependable, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving; strong analytical abilities with a knack for drawing insights from data.High client service orientation with excellent organizational and time management skills.Commitment to integrity and confidentiality.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
