Our client is a global law firm who is looking to make an addition to their Marketing team! The Marketing Specialist will act as the project liaison for within the Marketing Communications team, working with the Marketing Manager to ensure quality control, process management, and training. This role requires a strong writer, editor and proofreader with a keen eye for detail.THE ROLE:Lead bio rewrite projects with the Marketing Manager, consulting lawyers to update and enhance biography content.Manage and elevate credentials in lawyer biographies, including deal announcements, publications, event postings, legal directories, and leadership roles.Oversee quality control procedures and conduct web bio audits.Proactively update bios, offering suggestions and coordinating directly with lawyers.Assist in developing and conducting lawyer workshops on professional bios.Manage an Edit Requests inbox, implementing edits, maintaining biographies in the CMS (Sitecore), and liaising with HR.Handle special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.YOU:5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in a law firm or professional services organization.Bachelor's degree.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong project management and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Knowledge of content management systems.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
