A trusted rental contractor equipment and supply company that rents to contractor's heavy equipment, portable air compressor, generator, air tool, light tower, saw, welding equipment, and much more seeking a reliable Yard Associate/General Labor with 2+ years of experiences working in a rental equipment environment.
SUMMARY OF JOB:
The Yard Associate / General Labor will prepare inbound and outbound tool rental orders and assist in organization of rental equipment within the warehouse and out in the yard. This person must have basic mechanical skills and know how to use hand tools and equipment.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Double checking mechanical operation
Check fluid levels in the equipment
Hydraulic hose conditions
Mechanically inspect equipment prior to being given to customer and upon return from the customer
Making sure all equipment are clean, fully functional, fully fueled, all appropriate accessories are returned with the equipment
Assist customer with loading and unloading equipment
Keep area clean, neat and organized at all times
Shovel snow
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual (English / Spanish), able to speak, read and write English
Mechanically Incline / Quick to learn
Able to understand written instructions as well as verbal instructions
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Forklift Certified
Reliable - Be on time, good attendance
At times flexible work schedule due to department change

WORK SCHEDULE:
1st Shift: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
