Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current Illinois license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with LCSW preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
In-depth knowledge of IDD and associated mental health challenges.
Proficiency in therapeutic interventions, behavior management techniques, and person-centered care.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families.
Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
Offer therapy sessions and behavioral management services using evidence-based, member-centered approaches.
Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and external partners to ensure holistic, integrated care.
Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.
Supervise and mentor social work interns assigned to CEL.
