Compassionate? Responsible? Diplomatic? Articulate? Profound? South-East Asia Center (SEAC) is looking for you as a leader/ manager of people and projects involving SEAC’s Senior Programs such as Adult Day Services, In-Home Services, Congregate Dining Program, and Adult Food Program.
Requirements: MA in social services, social sciences, health, education or other related fields. We also value excellent experience in lieu of MA. Ability to interpret and implement funders’ rules and regulations. Management/leadership experience/ skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Office bureaucracy experience/ skills. Empathy with limited-English-speakers. Ability to creatively solve new problems and open to new ideas and approaches. Accountable, reliable, honest, flexible and willing to go beyond the call of duty. Enjoy working with people of different ethnic backgrounds. Experience working with immigrant seniors and adults. Cantonese or Vietnamese proficiency a plus.
Compensation commensurate with education, work experience, skills. Paid sick/personal/ vacation days, holidays. Health insurance subsidy. $200/month discretionary bonuses.
