The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office. This role involves managing office tasks, handling communications, organizing documents, and offering general administrative assistance to staff and management. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage email correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update office filing systems and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with office inventory and ordering supplies
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
