We are looking for bilingual a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, assist with sales processes, manage communication, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle paperwork related to the sale of cars and vehicle transactions
- Receive and organize parts inventory and shipments
- Assist with sales activities and customer follow-up
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from customers and vendors
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to generate new business opportunities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, parts, and customer interactions
- Support other administrative functions as needed, including scheduling and filing
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role preferred
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of sales and payroll processes is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma required; additional education or experience in automotive or sales industry is a plus
