A Professional Service Company is seeking an individual with great administrator qualifications!
Looking for a person to provide both clerical and administration support to professional team members. This position will involve both written and oral communication skills, word processing, and typing.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones
Sorting mail
Filing/scanning of documents to network
Keeping track of office supplies and ordering as necessary
Process outgoing mail/packages
Track contractor and vendor certificates of insurance
Our new member needs to be able to use variety of software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for invoicing, and also to produce correspondence, documents, records, spread sheets, and data bases.
Holiday Pay, Vacation Days, and Insurance Allowance will be provided.
