CASE MANAGER / SUPPORT
As a Supporting Case Manager, you will have a direct impact on our clients across the country. You will work with an M&M Enrolled Agent to investigate client cases, gather information/documentation from both the IRS and clients, help determine the best course of action to resolve complex back-tax issues, and communicate critical information directly to clients. This role provides the opportunity to learn tax resolution basics and grow with us. All of M&M’s Enrolled Agents in our Resolutions group started in the Case Manager / Support position.
