The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the Real Estate & construction team This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of construction principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain office files, records, and databases.
Answer and direct phone calls, screen visitors, and manage email correspondence.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist with budgeting and expense tracking (will train).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Basic understanding of construction principles and terminology.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Working Conditions:
Primarily office environment.
Occasional visits to construction sites may be required.
