A Community Employment Provider with 30 years of experiences seeking a friendly and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Individual who has worked in an office environment for 1+ years. Person must have a good presentation, respectful with good manners and willing to learn new office skills, give good customer service and can communicate well in both languages (English/Spanish), with a clear and welcoming voice, good grammar/writing skills and comfortable with the computer.

THE NUMBER # 1 PRIORITY IS TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS/WORKFORCE, CLIENTS AND OFFICE NEEDS ON A DAILY BASIS.

OFFFICE DUTIES/RESPONSIBLILITIES:

Be On Time for work at 6:00 a.m.

Front Desk, Assisting and helping customers/workforce and client's needs, answering the phone calls on the first ring

Data entry, filing, scanning, updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis, and etc

Organized, self-motivated, multi-tasker, and detail oriented

Good attitude, reliable by going to work every day and good team player and can resolve problems with good common sense and team player

Computer knowledge; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Email and do research on the internet

Person must like helping people and give good customer service due to assisting and helping the customer/workforce finding a job so they can provide for their family and themselves!

Telemarketers are welcome to this position.

Housekeeping Duties; Daily cleaning of desk/countertop surfaces, daily vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen area, throwing out the garbage, cleaning the windows, watering the plants, changing light bulbs, sweeping the front office, removing the snow with shovel, and etc

OFFICE SCHEDULE / MARKETING EVENTS:

Monday to Friday and available to work the weekends and also participating in marketing events, community festivities, passing out flyers at local grocery stores, supermercados, flea markets, churches, food pantries, job fairs and etc

1ST SHIFT FROM 6:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. AND ALTERNATING SATURDAY'S FROM 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

AT TIMES OFFICE SCHEDULE CAN CHANGE DUE TO THE WORKLOAD OR QA TEAM MEMBER ON VACATION AND WE WILL NEED YOUR COOPERATION TO COVER THE WORK SCHEDULE FOR THAT WEEK UNTIL THEY RETURN TO WORK.

PRE-PLACEMENT SCREENING; Homeland Security E-Verify, Criminal Background Check and Drug Test

PAY RATE: 16.50 and pay increase after 90 days probationary period is completed with good work performance (attendance/punctuality) and positive attitude.
