Part time position that could lead to full time for the right individual. We are a small management company that manages a small portfolio of residential properties, as well as other small businesses. Primarily duties include:
Answering and making calls
Reading and responding to emails
Filing/organizing paperwork
Keeping everything organized in the office
Coordinating and scheduling appointments/repairs.
Give prospective tenants information
Renewing of leases and preparing leases.
Must have knowledge of QuickBooks, Docusign, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Patience, honesty, integrity, professionalism and a good work ethic is required.
Accounting knowledge a major plus
This is a part time temp hourly job that could turn into a full time position. No benefits are offered.
