Hiring Full Time Secretary To join our office team
Responsibilities-
- answering phone calls,
-schedule appointments,
-calling customers
-handle paperwork and assist with daily office operations,
-Filing claims,
-Support management and other administrative tasks etc.
-applying for permits
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable, detail-oriented and friendly attitude
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-4PM
Pay: Based on experience
