Thirty One Physical Therapy is growing and looking to hire a part-time Patient Care Coordinator. The initial role is a part-time position, but based on the company growth this role will transition to full-time in the future. Part-time hours will range from 10-20 hours per week. The exact schedule can be flexible.
Thirty One is a boutique, private pay, physical therapy clinic offering one-on-one treatment.
Thirty One is focused on providing patients with superior care, meaning all appointments are one hour and one-on-one between the physical therapist and patient. Thirty One does not employ any physical therapy assistants nor exercise technicians to administer treatment.
Responsibilities:
· Managing the schedules of Physical Therapists
· Facilitate patient communication in person, via phone and email effectively
· Manage all in-bound inquiries and communication
· Scheduling new and existing patients
· Managing new patient paperwork
· Processing patient payment
· Maintain patient records
· Communicating with patients regarding scheduling and treatment plans
· Data input
· Inventory management
· Office cleaning
Qualifications:
· High school degree or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Comfortable communicating with patients in person, on the phone and via email
· Organized with an attention to detail
· Experience with Jane (EMR and scheduling platform) is preferred but not required
· Front office experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
· Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office is preferred but not required
· General career interest and focus on physical therapy, wellness, and healthcare
· Outgoing, positive, and motivated demeanor
