Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Mentorship & CRM Training Provided)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning and executing wholesale real estate acquisition strategies
- Assisting with lead intake, research, and CRM data entry
- Managing seller communication and appointment coordination
- Helping to identify and analyze potential off-market property opportunities
- Joining calls, walkthroughs, and strategy sessions with active deals in the pipeline
- Participating in mentorship and training sessions on real estate investing fundamentals

- Coachable, self-driven, and eager to learn the game
- Strong communicator with a professional yet authentic tone
- Tech-friendly and detail-oriented (CRM and email tools will be used)
- Someone with a heart for community empowerment, not just commission
- Bonus if you live in or have ties to South Shore or similar neighborhoods
