We are a large apartment complex in the Northwest suburbs seeking a Part Time Leasing Agent.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate with tenants daily by telephone, by email and in personal meetings to address requests, resolve problems.
Leasing: placing ads for rent, showing apartments.
Necessary Skills:
Must be able to take organized notes.
Must be able to write a letter.
Must have good people skills
Must be self-motivated, organized, a problem solver, and focused.
We are looking for a self-motivated professional who wants to grow with the company.
Ability to speak and understand Spanish.
Pay
$20.00/hr Plus commissions.
