Painting to Gogh is a rapidly growing e-commerce business that ships art and craft kits across the US and internationally to help people discover their creative side. Join our warehouse fulfillment team as a warehouse lead and learn how to manage warehouse operations, manage inventory, and optimize processes to ensure timely fulfillment. We're looking for a candidate who will help us scale our warehouse operations on the 2nd Shift (3 to 9 PM) as the company grows. Job Responsibilities
- Manage outgoing shipments and create a fulfillment plan for the shifts
- Communicate with warehouse staff daily
- Manage inbound inventory shipments and stocking activities
- Oversee staffing schedule for 2nd shift and cover as necessary to meet fulfillment needs
- Train new associates, temp staff, and look for opportunities to optimize warehouse processes
Day - 2nd Shift (Required) - Typically, 3 PM to 9 PM, with opportunities to stay for 8 hours during peak demand (30 to 40 hours/week). Some weekend availability will be expected during the holidays and during peak demand. Flexible with start time as early as 2 PM.

Required Skills
-Stock, Distribution Center, or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred
-High school diploma/GED or higher
-Good communication skills and organization skiplls
-Ability to move and/or lift up to 30 lbs
