We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Weekend Doorman. This position requires someone who is committed, hardworking, and able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, owners, vendors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any resident concerns or needs promptly and effectively
Communicate clearly and effectively with both residents and internal staff
Perform all duties with reliability and punctuality
Stand for extended periods during the shift and lift items up to 50 lbs as needed
Utilize basic writing and computer skills to perform job-related tasks
Qualifications:
Professionalism: Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Customer Service: Must be customer service-oriented, with a focus on resident satisfaction
Communication: Must possess excellent communication skills, both internally and with residents
Reliability: Must be reliable and punctual, ensuring consistent coverage during the designated shift
Physical Ability: Must be able and willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Skills: Basic writing and computer skills are required
Experience: Prior experience as a doorman or in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels, is strongly preferred
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Property Manager.
