The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the staffing industry and the desire to assist in growing our clientele, as the internal team works to maintain excellent service for all current clients. A successful Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base while ensuring that our internal recruiters have the necessary insights to deliver the best talent to our clients.
What responsibilities will this role handle?
- Identify new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry
- Engage with potential clients through in-person visits, emails, and phone calls
- Cold call potential new manufacturing clients to build relationships
- Serve as a liaison between new manufacturing clients and our internal recruiting team
- Effectively communicate Away Staffing’s services and what sets us apart from other staffing agencies
- Set and achieve agreed-upon sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience selling staffing services
- Proven track record of success within the staffing industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
