24/7 Chicago Locksmiths is looking to employ a hardworking, motivated and reliable Dispatcher for our North Chicago office location. Managerial and supervision experience is preferred but not required.
Ideal candidates MUST possess the following skills:
Previous Dispatching experience
Ability to handle difficult customers with a smile
Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
Self-motivation
Accurate typing skills and 50wpm
Ability to multitask
Ability to supervise and work with a team of 3-5 individuals
Ability to handle a fast pace environment
Job duties include:
Shift updates to upper management
Working closely with Managers
Answering Phones
Accurate dispatching of technicians
Managing locations of technicians to maximize effectiveness
Imputing data and jobs into computer/database
Following up with customers to insure their satisfaction

Hourly rate is between $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Willing to negotiate hourly rate with a qualified candidate or if we feel you are rapidly improving.
