Bold Coat Painters is a growing residential painting company serving the North/Northwest Chicago suburbs. We’re a lean, honest team — no franchise fluff. We’re looking for confident, driven people to help us connect with homeowners and grow our brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Knock doors in high-potential neighborhoods — build real connections, not pushy sales.
Offer free painting estimates — no hard selling.
Gather basic property details and set appointments for our estimators.
Follow up with leads from Thumbtack, Nextdoor, and Google.
Hustle to generate 1–2 new qualified leads every day.
Who We’re Looking For
Confident and comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face.
Bounce back from rejection and keep going — hustle matters.
Dependable, respectful, and self-motivated.
Must have a reliable car and smartphone (we reimburse gas/mileage).
Live in or near Skokie, Evanston, Lincolnwood, or surrounding areas.
Experience is welcome, but not required — whether you’re brand new or have 10–15 years of sales experience, we’re ready to train the right person and help you succeed.
What You’ll Get
$20–25/hr base pay (depending on experience).
3%–6% commission on every closed job you helped generate.
Bonuses and raises for top performers.
Paid training and a clear path to move up into estimator or team lead roles.
After 3 months (for full-time): W-2 employment, full benefits, and company vehicle.

Schedule
Full-Time: Minimum 40 hours/week.
Part-Time: Minimum 20 hours/week, flexible.
Core hours when homeowners are home:
Tue–Fri: 3 PM – 7 PM
Sat & Sun: 12 PM – 5 PM (optional but effective)
Mornings open for follow-ups and lead support work.
