JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
JDM Engine Center is seeking both a dedicated and hardworking Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for our sales associate position is a reliable, and respectful individual with basic knowledge of engines and transmissions, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist customers both in English and Spanish.
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm.
Saturday: 10am - 3pm
Key Responsibilities:
SALES ASSOCIATE:
Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Provide accurate info on pricing, availability, and product orders.
Processing customer orders over the phone or in-person, ensuring all necessary information is recorded correctly.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of JDM engines and transmissions (ex: Honda, Toyota, Subaru, etc.)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Packaging and Preparing Shipments: Using the material provided, accurately package and prepare engines & transmissions for shipment to customers.
Loading and Unloading: Using forklift, safely load and unload engines and transmissions from trucks and storage areas.
Local Deliveries: Use the company pickup truck to perform local deliveries, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. (Not Required)
Ability to operate a forklift.
Valid driver's license and a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
