About the Role
This position is 100% in the field — no office time, no cold calling, and no door knocking.
Our team will schedule and confirm homeowner appointments for you. Your job is to:
Meet with homeowners after their roof inspection
Walk them through the insurance claim process
Have them sign the Letter of Representation so Strafford can open the claim on their behalf
You’ll typically complete around 5 appointments per day, traveling throughout the suburbs. Many appointments are scheduled on short notice (same-day or day-before), so full availability is key.
