compensation: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY:
Reach out to leads provided
Door to door customer relationship building to promote our business
Acquire customer contact information
Report daily to management about field operations
Generate your own leads
Prospect potential customers
Price lanes for asset based company
Work with PL's and shippers
Work in the office plus 30-40% travel by car (all expenses reimbursed)
Booking Loads/negotiating rates
Customer service- answering phones/emails with tracking updates
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
At least (1) year previous experience working in Transportation Industry- Brokerage Or Carrier side
Knowledge of sales (1) year previous, cold calling, door knocking
Excellent communication, leadership skills and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask
Valid drivers license
Business development experience is a plus
Must be a go-getter
