But we are different. We only call our current customers. There is no “cold calling” in our programs. Because of that, our representatives achieve conversion rates far above averages in typical outbound calling, leading to much higher overall job satisfaction!
You don’t need to be a “salesperson” to excel in our positions. In fact, we find that your average “people person” who enjoys interacting with customers in a friendly manner does best. This isn’t high pressure sales. We look to cultivate and nurture a friendly relationship with our customers.
Our representatives typically present a monthly special as well as a check up on regularly purchased merchandise. Representatives also take inbound calls from customers wishing to place orders. Any call with a customer service issue is passed off to our customer service team.
This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week. Paid training, holidays, vacation and sick/personal days are included. $17.00 per hour base pay with added bonus incentives can earn up to $24.50 per hour. This is an "in office" position.
We have an opportunity to bring on a new representatives for a mid-day and afternoon shift. We are not open during the evening or on weekends.
