We are seeking an extraordinary individual who can walk into chaos calmly, speak with confidence, and help families take their first step toward rebuilding after a fire.
Every day across northeastern Illinois – from the Wisconsin border to downtown Chicago, Joliet, and Rockford – structure fires occur. In the aftermath, most companies miss critical opportunities simply because no one shows up in person. We’re changing that.
This role requires a very specific kind of person – someone who’s not afraid to respond to structure fires in real time, introduce themselves to homeowners, and professionally represent restoration services. It’s not easy work. It takes courage, tact, and empathy. But for the right individual, it’s incredibly rewarding – both personally and financially.
Ideal Background:
Former or retired Police Officers, Firefighters, or Fire Chiefs
Individuals with emergency response or investigation experience
Professionals already active in fire restoration or related fields who want a stronger opportunity
Compensation Package Includes:
Base salary plus company vehicle and fuel card
Commission between 3 percent and 5 percent of the project size, depending on experience and performance
Example: $100,000 project = $3,000 to $5,000 commission
Typical projects range from $250,000 to $800,000
Ongoing training, leads provided, and full support from a professional restoration network

Each candidate will go through a multi-step interview process, including resume review, email communication, phone interviews, and an in-person lunch meeting for qualified applicants.
