As a Sales Associate at Proliance, you will work closely with property owners to assess damage, compile documentation, and negotiate with insurance companies on their behalf to ensure fair compensation. You'll be a key player in helping clients recover after significant property losses, offering them the peace of mind they deserve.
Basic Job Duties of a Sales Associate at Proliance:
>Work with inspectors to evaluate insurance claims and assess damage or loss.
>Set in-person appointments for our experienced inspectors to evaluate potential projects.
>Track, report, and measure sales quotas contributing to the teams overall success.
>Educate homeowners on the benefits of using Proliance public adjusting and roofing services.
>Maintain customer relationships details using a custom CRM and inventory management system.

Job Requirements:
>Great communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
>Live within 50 minutes of Westmont, IL.
>Own or have full-time access to a car and insurance.
>Successful completion of our sales associate training post hiring (1-week).
>Sales experience is strongly preferred but not required - if you can sell us on why you should work here we believe you can succeed.
>Experience working in construction, real estate, general contracting, roofing, or solar is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
>Commission based.
>First-year Sales Associates average $3,000-$5,000 a month, with top performers making $5,000-$10,000 a month.
>Performance bonus opportunities, uncapped earning potential.
