We are a staffing agency with offices on the Northwest side of Chicago and in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. We provide skilled and unskilled labor to manufacturing companies.

What impact will this role have on our company?
One of the many reasons why there are 26,000 staffing agencies in the United States is once a staffing business scales, the service diminishes and becomes inconsistent. The sales representative allows management to focus on culture and service. A successful sales representative will pay close attention to client needs, environment, and requirements. The business development representative will communicate needs, requirements and additional details to our internal recruiters on an ongoing basis for best placement of candidates.
What responsibilities will this role handle?
Identify and initiate communication with new business opportunities for manufacturing staffing
Communicate with potential new business door to door, via email, and by phone
Cold call potential new business clients
Serve as a liaison between new manufacturing clients and our recruiters
Effectively communicate the services we provide and what sets us apart from the rest
Set and achieve agreed upon sales targets and goals
Direct communication with president
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience selling staffing services
Proven track record of selling within the staffing industry
Extremely detail-oriented
Positive attitude and pleasant disposition
Organizational skills
Compensation:
$55k - $60k base salary + commission
